RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We truly hope that you are completely satisfied with the purchase that you made form It's Eclectic Designs LLC. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason please reach out to us.

Non-Returnable Items                                                                                        Unfortunately due to the nature of customization No refunds will be offered on Customized Items for the following reasons, as all Graphics are either Customer Provided or have been Proof Approved prior to printing, this includes but is not limited to; Misspelled text, Grainy or Fuzzy Graphics, Color Mismatches, Incorrect or Out Dated Logos.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We have a 7 Day return policy, after receiving your item you have 7 days  to inspect it and request a return any requests after 7 days will be Denied. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Customized items can only be returned due to Manufacturing Defects or Damage During Shipping. Photos must be sent of the damage when you email customer service. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  gift cards or gift certificates.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us photos of the Damage along with receipt

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and if accepted, we’ll send you further instructions including how and where to send your package if a physical return is needed. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / Reprint was approved or not. If you select to have a refund it will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
